Mr. Flock is currently leading CIGNA's ground-breaking virtualization initiative. A technology leader with more than 17 years experience building architectural teams, technology practices and solutions delivery organizations, he has been responsible for leveraging advancements in business applications and technology for the nation's largest health care insurers: CIGNA, United Healthcare, Aetna, and The Travelers.
Mr. Flock has a BS in Computer Science from SUNY @ Oswego, NY and an MBA from the Lally School of Business @ Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
