Chris Hoffmann joined Tier1 Research in May 2003 as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Analyst - Enterprise Software. Mr. Hoffmann joined the firm from Zamba Solutions, a CRM consultancy. A 16 year technology industry veteran, Chris has held executive positions at Gartner, GE Capital Consulting, IBM Global Services and two start-ups. He has worked in various capacities with the world's leading tech firms including IBM, Microsoft, Getronics, Unisys, Accenture and HP. Mr. Hoffmann is a sought after speaker on the topics of sales and alliance optimization and has been quoted in numerous trade and industry publications. In addition to earning a degree in marketing from the University of Minnesota, he has completed advanced studies through the University of Minnesota and Michigan State University.
