IBM and Electrolux sign On Demand Services Agreement
IBM has signed an On Demand services agreement with The Electrolux Group, the world's largest producer of indoor and outdoor appliances. The deal, which covers a term of 7 years, will see IBM managing Electrolux's entire European desktop environment, providing their users with Lotus Notes, support, administration and helpdesk service.
